DELIVERY / SHIPPING

  • Deliveries available Australia wide on most products
  • ETA usually within 7 days from order
  • Availability subject to change without notice
  • If product is unavailable we wiill notify you within 72 hours of order
  • No obligation full refund on unavailable orders

  • Deliveries may be shipped direct from our showroom, supplier warehouse, or from warehouse to us, then onto you

IN-STORE HOME TRIAL

  • For in-store customers, we offer a 24 hour home trial service where you can try a rug at home
  • Full purchase price must be covered by cash, card, or credit card authoristion
  • Credit card authoristion will hold funds on your credit card for approx 48 hours. (your bank may hold for longer)
  • Rugs not returned at the agreed time are considered sold and sale is finalised / authorisations are processed
  • Rugs must be returned in original condition showing no signs of wear or use
  • If the rug does not suit, simply return it within the agreed terms for a full refund / cancellation of authorisation

ONLINE SHOPPING

  • No obligation full refund if goods are unavailable to be shipped within 7 seven days
  • Deliveries may be shipped direct from our showrooms, a supplier warehouse, or from warehouse to us, then onto you 
  • Where possible we will include tracking details and keep you up to date with any change in ETA
  • If your rug is not suitable you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • You may return the rug for a refund on rug price only (refunds exclude all freight charges)
  • All freight costs are the responsibilty of the customer
  • Returns must be packaged securely - similar to as they arrive
  • All rugs must show no signs of wear or use
