picked up from our showrooms every Tuesday, and returned clean one week
later. |

| To achieve optimum wear and comfort from your rug, it should only ever
be cleaned by a professional rug laundry. We do not recommend steam
cleaning your rugs with your wall to wall carpet, as the easiest way to
shorten the life of your rug is to have it steam cleaned while laying
on the floor. |

We recommend a professional clean every 1-3 years, depending on

| The best day to day care you can give your rug or carpet is a regular vacuum, combined with prompt spot cleaning of any spills. |

| In most households rugs will have all manner of adults, children and
animals constantly walking, playing or laying on them, depositing dirt
and dust within your rug. If left in the rug, this dirt grinds between
the fibres and will cause deterioration of your rug. |

Repairs & Overlocking
|
Continual use in everyday homes, combined with animals and families,
can often result in damage and wear. We offer an overlocking and
fringing service to repair damaged edges and replace or remove fringes
on almost any rug, and we can shorten runners and cut down and re-edge
most rugs and carpets. More serious damage such as major tears can
often be repaired, and many damaged rugs can be cut down and re-sized
while still keeeping the pattern intact.

Carpet remnants can be bought in to be over-locked, and are a great way to have mats matching your carpet. Small
carpet mats are a great way to protect the entrances on those rainy days.
|
A tape border can give a more rug like appearance, but at a rug like cost.
