See any rug in your home before you buy. |
At M & M's Rug Shop we understand it can be difficult to know how a rug will look in a room without first seeing it at home. With our home trial service you can take any rug home to see how it looks, and if it does not suit you can return it within the agreed terms, with no obligation to buy. |

We require a credit card authorisation for the full amount of rugs taken. This must either be destoyed or processed within 24 hours. Rugs not returned by the agreed date are considered sold and we will not accept the return of any rugs showing signs of wear or use. |

This service is designed to allow you, the customer, to properly evaluate a rug you are interested in while allowing you to return it if it doesn't suit. We recommend considering all aspects including size, colour design and fibre. Once a sale is finalized we do not accpet returns or exchanges. |

It is the responsibility of the customer to return the rug or inform us otherwise. We do not accept returns or exchanges outside these terms except where noted on a reciept or docket by staff. |
