This website is designed primarly as an online showroom to showcase the range of rugs and runners available from M & M's Rug Shop.
Every effort is made to ensure the rugs pictured here are available, although not every rug pictured will be carried in store, nor will every rug in stock be pictured here. We always try to keep in stock a large range of what is available, and should generally be able to show in our store a representation in some way of each range or style pictured here.
Although we have not included the ability to purchase online through this website, we are able organise delivery of most rugs almost Australia wide.

Home Trial
At M & M's Rug Shop we understand it can be difficult to know how a rug will look in a room without first seeing it at home. With our home trial service you can take any rug home to see how it looks, and if it does not suit you can return it within the agreed terms, with no obligation to buy.
We require a credit card authorisation for the full purchase price. The rug must either be returned or the authorisation processed by the end of the following day. Rugs not returned by the agreed date are considered sold and we will not accept the return of any rugs showing signs of wear or use.
This service is designed to allow you, the customer, to properly evaluate a rug you are interested in while allowing you to return it if it doesn't suit. We recommend considering all aspects including size, colour, design and fibre. Once a sale is finalized we do not accept returns or exchanges.
It is the responsibility of the customer to promptly return the rug, or inform us otherwise. We do not accept returns or exchanges outside these terms except where noted on a reciept or docket by staff.
